526679 2007-02-21 10:25:00 Speeds, a still image capture is not going to grab lag, and with that amount RAM (though vid card unknown) a real time video isn't going to be much, erm, chop.

What is your graphics card?

Try turning off a few unneeded services. Blackfoots/Smallvoid Windows Services Guide (smallvoid.com). Turning off unneeded services may not solve your problem, but it will certainly help boost performance and will help secure your system.

And you don't need the Adobe startup items either. Give em the flick.

As Speedy says, could do with a bit more lenght on that there log-file.

Forgot to say, shoulda been the first; What's the rest of the performance like, especially graphic?

BTW, Paint is pants, grab Irfanview.

526680 2007-02-21 19:51:00 I would say 256mb of Ram is way to light for XP,I have been through this before. Stick in either 256/512mb and see the difference Lawrence (2987)
