527351 2007-02-23 05:00:00 I was wondering if anyone receive emails from your friend, family or anyone

After you open the email. The body of the message is blank.

Im sure they have typed something .

has anyone come across this problem before?

527352 2007-02-23 06:37:00 Never happens to me, but then again I have no friends, and no family.

Perhaps that is the reason?

527354 2007-02-23 06:45:00 Are you sure they are from the sender? Email them back and confirm they sent something. Jen (38)
527355 2007-02-23 06:50:00 Hi ninja*. I regularly send apparently blank emails to younger grandchildren. We play with invisible writing which they think their parents don't know about. White text on white background. One of your friends playing games? Scouse (83)
527356 2007-02-23 06:57:00 I doubt that

I'm writing to a company call Rapsody for support

527357 2007-02-23 08:01:00 If the email is being sent as part of an auto-answer acknowledging your request for support, it is possible they have a glitch with their mail system and it is sending out blank emails.

Have you tried viewing the full message headers of the email and seeing if the body content is visible?

527358 2007-02-24 00:01:00 There can be several reasons for this happening. The first being the obvious, they forgot to write anything ;-) or the message was in the subject line, or the email was purely a "container" for an attachment. The other possibility is that the content was stripped by an anti spam filter somewhere along the way, you'd be surprised how many mail servers your eMail may go through, just have a look at the header. Lastly it is a possibility that your browser is set up to display text only and the eMail was sent as html. I occasionally get blank eMails and on analysis it seems to be caused by a spam filter. 527359 2007-02-24 14:05:00 Hi Ninjabear

Had this problem myself last computer. Traced it to a misfunction of AVG e-mail scanner. No doubt it occurs with other anti-virus software as well. Turn it off temporary and try it.

Could never fix it until AVG bought out another version and then it corrected itself.

Hope this helps.
