| 1405144 | 2015-07-21 09:17:00 | For the exchange, no but you could create something that can give you an idea of whether it seems busy or not, would need to think about what you could measure but it wont be accurate, just a general indication. I know you could get the line speed and this can be a result of quality but also an indication of how busy because we know it's shared with others and the more using it, the more indications of bottlenecks. Not really interested in that kind of thing, so I doubt I'll write a program to do this, but that's an idea you could use. For websites, plenty of stastical analyst software available for that, if its not your own site, depending on popularity, it may have been looked at by alexa.com and given an estimate of traffic.
