Inside, a amateurish but otherwise passable glossy travel brochure promoting the Perfect Dream Tour (Copyright 2005) celebrating their 11th anniversary, and enclosing two scratchy cards ...

Looks great ... even quotes an ISBN number although what a book reference number has to do with a scratchy card, who knows?
