| 1412105 | 2015-11-29 00:29:00 | My facebook account was hacked and now says temporarily unavailable (it's been 4 days now). It tells me I can reset the password by going thru some security checks which I have done at least a dozen times now, and it tells me each time OK you can now login and when I click the OK button it just comes up "error 500". I tells me I can press the reload button to try again, but the reload button does not exist. I have gone on to their Help Centre and tried to ask a question which I can't because I can't log in. I selected the option in Help Centre to say I have been hacked but the NEXT button is greyed out.....I am getting nowhere with this. I need it back as it is also my only way of getting into my work Facebook page. I really don't want to have to go thru the drama of setting up another account just to find myself stuck in the same position further down the track if my account gets hacked again or something goes wrong and I have no way of letting facebook know I need help :( | DakotaNZ (17161) | ||
