| 528214 | 2007-02-26 05:12:00 | I have a family member with a new (HP) computer running Vista Home basic. It has MS Works 8 suite preinstalled plus a new HP3180 printer. We have the latest Vista drivers for the HP printer and have it working ok with most programmes - including Word within Works. However whenever we try to print from a Works Spreadsheet, the program hangs with a Vista not working error (same result with all the print related options eg, print preview, page setup etc). I've searched a bit and found others with the same problem but no solution. Can anyone help? |
