| 528140 | 2007-02-25 22:57:00 | Hi I'm kinda having problems with my desktop external harddrive The thing is when I plug the Ac power adaptor into the desktop harddrive the ac power adaptor light turns off but if I unplug the power adaptor the light turns on. I think there's something wrong with the USb casing power? What do you believe the problem is? Should i buy a new usb casing? |

What I do is plug the cables inot my drive, with the power point off, plug into wall, switch on powerpoint, then plug USB cable into PC. You are have this live then plug power into the drive??!! |
