| 529115 | 2007-03-01 10:03:00 | Attaching a file in Outlook Express 6 goes as expected until it is sent. OE splits the file up and sends two or three emails of rubbish. One of the emails has the attachment included in the email. I am sure this is a setting somewhere but having trouble finding at the moment. I have disabled anti spyware and antivirus |

| 529116 | 2007-03-01 10:25:00 | There is a setting in the Options somewhere that says to split up emails over X size. Make sure this is not selected. Sorry I don't have OE so can't tell you exactly where under Options you will find this. :) [edit]Found it! Google is great. * Select Tools | Accounts from the menu. * Highlight the desired account. o It is best, of course, to repeat the process for each account. * Click Properties. * Go to the Advanced tab. * Make sure Break apart messages larger than __ KB is not checked. * Click OK. * Now click Close. |
