If you clean via ccleaner,go to options and cookies.

529714 2007-03-03 18:43:00 Or if u use Opera or FF, just save the passwords. Then it wont matter, if u delete the cookies. Speedy Gonzales (78)
529715 2007-03-03 18:48:00 When I clean out my cookies I lose all the good ones I need. Is there any way to keep them separate? What browser? Mozilla and Firefox allow you to permanently keep cookies for whatever sites you want.

I think they're both the same procedure, but in Mozilla go Edit / Preferences / Privacy and Security / Cookies / Cookie Manager / Cookie Sites, and fill in the site url, eg pressf1.pcworld.co.nz

If using IE I can't help - ver 6 doesn't seem to support that function.

[edit] Sorry - just thought - if you use something like ccleaner the above procedure is useless.

529716 2007-03-04 00:53:00 If your using FFox...

Under the options, navigate to the Privacy section.

"Keep the cookies until you close FFox"

And add to the list of website cookie exceptions you want to ALLOW.

That should do it.

Now when you delete the private data, make sure Cookies is unticked since they will be removed when you close Firefox
