Hello everyone well i have a server which is reliable, it runs on windows 2000 NT (is a server for a small office) and i have a portable hard disk for back up, and it is connected to a usb hub. Well i wanted to check a file that i had on a usb memory stick and i plugged it into the usb hub, then my computer turned off and when i turned it back on, it was very very slow, the task manager was pretty busy between 90 and 100% all the time, regargles if I use it or not.
I think something got corrupted, but who knows what it is, all the programs work properly and the network is still working but is sloooow!!! and i don't think is a virus, my memory stick is clean. Please help!! |
