530545	2007-03-06 01:47:00	An application I use allows me to connect to a website via a button on the toolbar. Since setting up my Linksys Wireless router (model WRT54GS), clicking on the button brings up the following message; "127.0.0.1:1155 This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel." Now I know 127.0.0.1 is my computer. I'm guessing the 1155 is a port (BTW, this number changes from day to day). There is an association listed for html files (Firefox) and html files open up correctly in Firefox. Do I need to do something with my Linksys config?	RogerRamjet (7055)
530546	2007-03-06 05:08:00	I think you'll need to explain a little more. What application allows you to do this, and where exactly is the button shown (is it a button on firefox for example). You say since installing your router, so I'm guessing you used to have an adsl modem or dial-up?	eldarcolonel (7392)
530547	2007-03-06 05:38:00	The application is called Marketmaker, a sharetrading platform. The button is on the toolbar at the top alongside other icons for 'open, save layout' etc. I think for example, you can have an Excel icon located on the toolbar for MS Word and vice versa. This button is supposed to open a sharetrading forum website in Firefox (or whatever the default browser is). I used to be connected to the Net via a Woosh modem. I wanted my daughter to share this connection so I bought the Linksys router (am still with Woosh). Since then, the button in Marketmaker hasn't worked. I suspect it has something to do with port forwarding but I don't know enough about it. Thanks for your reply. I hope this goes someway to finding the answer.	RogerRamjet (7055)
