| 530307 | 2007-03-07 09:43:00 | The thread starter never mentioned Linux.:illogical And with the right contacts (meaning a school that has struck a deal) you can get a 2 year time limited student edition of 3d Studio Max for a couple of hundred dollars, Though most students I know never paid a cent for their software......... It was just noticed there wasn't a O/S mentioned with the system I bought and thats why I stated I would be running Linux. I know that software won't run in it, it was the system and price I was just giving as an example of what you can get.:) |
