| 530259 | 2007-03-05 02:07:00 | A friend of mine who enjoys retrieving large files from others out there tells me his DSL router now routinely hangs up... but only when he is retrieving files. Would smelecom's systems be 'smart' enough to drop/block his IP address if they think he is not using his Go Large plan (existing before the refund drama and still ongoing) "fairly"? Is such dropping/blocking considered a "fair" tactic by an ISP? |

| 530260 | 2007-03-05 05:50:00 | It happened to me a while ago, even though I was on the 'normal' Adventure plan and not Go Large. The problem resolved itself after a few weeks and seemed to be a 'technical fault' rather than 'human intervention'. | Shortcircuit (1666) | ||
