I Downloaded the drivers ok off the website (specifically off the notebook section of the ATI website, going through the selection boxes to make sure i got the right one for my gfx card). Everything loaded up ok, but half way through the installation, it comes up saying that for the cataylist control centre to work i need to download .net framework 2. Ok i thought, ill just skip that part... It moves on to installing the graphics card drivers, and comes up with the following two errors, one after the other.... "Setup did not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system. Setup will now exit." I press ok, and get this error..... "setup was unable to complete the installation. Try to set up your display adapter with a standard vga driver before running setup." The first time this came up, I uninstalled my current drivers incase there was a conflict there, and it still comes up with this.... My computer specs are as follows. Toshiba MX40 Satellite 2.00Ghz Intel Centrino M Processor ATI Radeon Mobility X600 (64meg of ram) 512meg of Ram Toshiba 60gig HD Mat****a DVD RAM drive Current GFX card driver I'm running 6.14.10.6497 Cheers for Reading my novel of a first rant. Any help would be much appreciated!!! |
