531546 2007-03-09 18:54:00 I am running a dual boot XP/Vista system with 1gb DDR330 RAM.

I have an old PC to be scrapped that has SDRAM in it. Can I use the SDRAM in the Dual boot PC?

Is there a big difference between DDR330 and DDR400?

SDR SDRAM (en.wikipedia.org)
DDR SDRAM (en.wikipedia.org)

The only difference between DDR330 and DDR400 is speed, and it isn't that major. You can put two difference speeds into your motherboard, but the system will only run at the lowest RAM speed, ie DDR400 will run at DDR330 speeds.
