| 531924 | 2007-03-11 06:45:00 | I have created a Word File from a database in other software I use. The total Word file consists of 200 pages (50 four page documents to be sent to the 50 people). When I send it to my printer (Canon IR2200i ) to staple it, it treats the document as one document and staples the whole 200 pages. Obviously I would like it to print 4 pages and staple , the next 4 pages and staple etc. Does anyone have a solution? |

Perhaps you have to tell it (the printer) to staple every 4 pages rather than every document because it can't see that you have merged 50 in to 1 (unless there is a function in Word that can communicate that fact, sorry, I no longer use Word in favour of OOo). Just in case someone happens by that's in the know, what version of Word? |
