Hey there. I recently bought a laptop and a week ago had broadband installed. Since that time my sound has been crackly and distorted. A friend of mine asked me to listen to my computers sound through my headphones and it still sounds crackly and distorted. All my windows updates are up to date and I tried updating Direct X and I am still having no luck. Anyone have any suggestions. |

I would take it back to the shop if its still under warranty. |

Yeah, I may have to do that. I have had it for a month. I was also advised to check I have the latest update for RealTek HD. |
