| 531940 | 2007-03-11 08:54:00 | I have recently acquired a prog called "TrayApp" I t trys to load up on startup and then goes nowhere as the info it is searching for is not availaable. i have search my entire system and cannot find its source I have also run numerous scans-virus,etc- and it is still there. I e'd ms but they did not reply. Has anyone else come accross the prob or know how to deal with it? | slowkiwi (11985) | ||
| 531941 | 2007-03-11 10:10:00 | Welcome to PressF1, slowkiwi. Your problem is linked to some kind of Hewlett Packard imaging or printing software. Googling "tray-app" will show you several threads about it. The best ones are 3/4 items down the page (from Help2Go website downwards) Some people have solved it simply by putting in their Setup disk & using its options. Others have different suggestions - some worked, some failed. . I suggest you read those & come back here if there's anything you don't understand.. |
