| 531573 | 2007-03-10 01:17:00 | I am currently experiencing problems access the internet on both of my computers. I am on the Xtra Adventure 10GB plan (FS/128) and am below my usage limit. PressF1 takes between 90 and 120 seconds to load a page, as does the IRD home page. Xtra Webmail is almost instantaneous, as is the Xtra Speed test page. Unfortunately, I have yet to find another page that I can access. I have tried YahooXtra home page, Microsoft and others, both local and international and all time out. Looking at the status screen on my Router shows that the SNR Margin is constantly jumping up and down between 6.5 and 18 - normally it sits around the 11 - 12 range. This is the only thing which looks out of the ordinary. I'm guessing it's not a modem problem as it is very consistent - ie. Xtra webmail is always instant and PressF1 is always just under 2 minutes. Is anybody else experiencing any problems? Xtra Speedtest Results : 4116.7kbps |

| 531575 | 2007-03-10 02:50:00 | Thanks for your reply radium. I was just about to ring Xtra as it had to be an ISP problem, but it has all come right in the last 5 minutes. I can now get to all the sites I normally use. | Miami Steve (2128) | ||
