532410 2007-03-12 14:16:00 It depends on what video player you are using. You can normally grab indidual images from windows media player by pressing control i. This doesn't work with wmp 11 however..

The Image grabber program will capture a series of images for you.

Likewise with media player classic..... sourceforge.net

Most players allow for single image grabbing: VLC, and the GOM player are two that I use.

Just do a search for them

532411 2007-03-12 17:22:00 If you use PowerDVD to play the movie it has a screenshot feature which you can use to grab a screenshot from any portion of the movie. Works great when playing in slow motion. Greg (193)

but no program i can insert the video file into it and i get it as jpg and can take many screenshot ?That's exactly what PowerDVD can do - except that it saves the images as bitmaps (which of course you can convert to jpeg). You can take as many screen grabs as you like. And I'm pretty sure that what Beama says is right - Windows Movie Maker should do it too.
