532343 2007-03-12 20:26:00 What do you want the software to do? Banklink is a great cashbook, and they now have a debtors and invoicing package. BUT has to be supplied by a Banklink agent - usually accountant. I can help with that if you want. MYOB & Quickbooks are full double entry, integrated debtors, invoicing, creditors, bank, etc. As far as which one is better, both the same. Depends which one you learn - you always know the 1st one better. MYOB will import bank statements. Banklink data originates from the banks.

Yes, well said 'wotz', i just saw the new siminar for banklink practice 2007. It looks good.
Certainly alot easier for layman to use than MYOB or QB.

532344 2007-03-12 23:46:00 Gion, I honestly don't know what you want it to do. So far I know you want it to look after the cash side of your business, but I don't know if you want it to do invoicing, debtors, creditors, stock, etc.

I am in Nelson, and work in accountancy. pm me if you want to know more.

532345 2007-03-13 00:24:00 I've used MYOB in the recent past. I'll will be steering clear of it in the future.
It's not user-friendly, modifying reports can be a hit and miss affair. Modifying templates (for invoices, etc) is hopeless.
