533704	2007-03-16 21:47:00	Some hints please? I have a fellow club member who can't 'see' the club webpage on her computer (the rest of us can). What is the likely cause of this? She has, and I quote "PC Hewlard Packard, Windows XP Home Edition, Internet Explorer, think it's 6". I haven't seen her set up. Many TIA, as usual. :)	R.M. (561)
533705	2007-03-16 22:18:00	Hi R.M. :) When you say this club member can't 'see' the club webpage What happens when she tries to load it?, what error messages does she get?, does she get a server not found error message? Who’s her ISP? Has she been able to see if in the past? To me it sounds like an ISP DNS server issue, but if you can give me a bit more info to the above questions, then we can get a better idea on what’s happing.	stu161204 (123)
533706	2007-03-16 22:26:00	I knew I would get asked questions I can't answer! :) I DO know that she hasn't been able to load it before (or the club webpage with different addresses), and her ISP is xtra (as is mine - and I have no problems) . She says 'All four come up with the same message that nothing can be found' - but doesn't give me the message specifically . Anything else you need to know - I will have to go and have a look at her computer! Again - Many thanks .	R.M. (561)
533707	2007-03-17 04:03:00	So I went and had a look at her computer.... And I found that she was putting the web address into Yahoo Search... So - all is now well. It just proved that 'Going to have a look' can be very valuable! Cheers :)	R.M. (561)
