| 534497 | 2007-03-20 07:47:00 | Problems for the past 3-4 days: 1. right click function on any listed Inbox item does NOT produce the previously listed options - eg: Move to Folder; Mark as Unread; Delete; etc, etc 2. My address book does NOT list all our contacts - the error message is "The message interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook" BUT even that does not solve the problem??? 3. More long standing problem: - Outbox items If I send a message to the Outbox, and later move there to inspect any item, ALL messages will subsequently, NOT SEND. They each must be copied to a Ne2 Message, the old one deleted, then "send" Outlook & System details: Outlook 2003, SP2,- with automatic updates active Windows XP 2002, SP2 - 5.1 (Build 2600) Hardware: AMD Athlon 64x2, 2 Gig memory, Bios NVIDIA 42302e31 Phoenix Checks Run: Outlook "Detect and repair run several times without repair to these problems Outlook - rebooted several times, as was System - no success Norton SystemWorks 2003 Version 6.0; build 50 - full scan with NO problems detected - Norton Windoctor run - no problems detected Any help will be greatly appreciated Paul Garratt PaulG@mfm4u.com |
