| 535519 | 2007-03-25 03:52:00 | I don't blame you for wanting to remove Google Sketchup. I have found in the past that some programs just will not delete. But go into SAFE MODE and there is no problem. I just delete the folder manually normally - but I have no idea if the CONTROL PANEL Add & Remove works in safe mode. Try it. Tom |

| 535520 | 2007-03-25 04:42:00 | I think I'll just kill all the files and folders via Windows Explorer and see what happens. And then use Regedit to remove those bits too. You'll probably find thats a lot more effective than an uninstaller anyway. |

| 535521 | 2007-03-25 06:29:00 | but I have no idea if the CONTROL PANEL Add & Remove works in safe mode. It does. :) Greg: I wouldn't worry about the uninstall feature not working like Speedy & pctek suggest just delete all the files and folders obtaining to it. Then do the same in the registry. (backup Reg first of course). Most uninstallers Never remove reg keys & and sometimes folders also. You will be getting a better clean up. Then in the Registry delete the registry key that points to the program listing in Add & Remove Programs. go here (support.microsoft.com) if you need help |
