Greg's comment was hardly offensive or derogatory or inflammatory...in fact in the context of the thread it seemed a bit tongue-in-cheek. And motorbyclist's reply was overly-sensitive and in need of a very strong coffee. And no, I don't have a problem with any of those two bod's, but if I read correctly, Greg's been banned for 24hours? Me thinks some people need to toughen up a bit......and in Chill's case....chill a bit! :D AB |

| 534933 | 2007-03-22 04:35:00 | JJJJJ yea i agree that one 7950TGX or higher would be better, but i can't afford that lol. besides, sli gives me bragging rights The_End_Of_Reality all the benchmarks for 6600gt that i've seen comparing single to sli show either a slight improvement at medium settings, and almost double the performance at ultra-uber-high settings. my motherboard is jumperless but for the one to clear the bios (dont worry, i've got my cpu and gpus to keep it warm;)) i'll have yet another look in the bios then also, i updated all my drivers last night too... |

| 534934 | 2007-03-22 08:26:00 | in the bios under chipset configuration i found "MCP55 HT" followed by a 16 with an up arrow and 16 with a down arrow. the other option was 8 up and 8 down and i'm trying that now... it doesn't seem to have made any difference, i still have the same problem :( | motorbyclist (188) | ||

What you will want to do is remove the drivers and any traces of them and keep reinstalling them after every setting change till SLI is working |
