| 1405315 | 2015-08-07 02:28:00 | Sometimes Windows 10 keeps your tiles, other times it doesn't. My tablet completely trashed the old Start screen yet my desktop kept most of the pinned icons. Take a screenshot before you upgrade ;) |

| 1405316 | 2015-08-07 03:01:00 | My tablet lost all it's tiles also, I thought it might have been due to the very limited space on C: I had to use an external hdd for the restore files also. | dugimodo (138) | ||
| 1405317 | 2015-08-07 03:51:00 | Macruim Reflect Western Digitals free software (its Acronis) The imaging tool is Win in buried away under submenus, but does work quite well. Where you might get issues is restoring some laptops non standard partitioning & non standard bootloaders What issues are you having ? All sorted now using the Macriam you put up. Thanks. PJ |

| 1405318 | 2015-08-09 23:57:00 | What sort of indication, on screen, that W10 is ready for you to download now? My request for W10 went in long before my in laws yet hers is thro already. Her surname starts with C & mine with M, could that have something to do with it? Thanks. PJ |
