Been given some bait.....found more holes, I'll have a look and see what I can sort in the way of repairs when I go down. At least council helping now with the little critters. |

| 1405973 | 2015-08-19 21:18:00 | I spent days battling the system. She gets 1 hour per week housework. She could get 3 hrs a week if needing help showering and stuff, she doesn't need that though. She already had an hr a week, and the place was filthy! Cleaners not allowed to stand on step ladders, small or not, not allowed to move furniture. Ok, I can see the health and safety bullshit for that, but the back of the kitchen bench hadn't been wiped in months, nor the bathroom around taps, shower mixer handle etc, any of that. It was encrusted and black with mould. That one has now been sacked and a new crowd coming, but I was told this new lot are worse. I was talking to social worker from hospital, manager of this sort of stuff and cleaning service manager. All were lovely except the snotty cleaning service manager. Deny deny deny. You'd think out of hospital, unable to do anything would allow some cleaning help a bit more than 1 hr a week, even temporary but no..... She'll have to pay. |
