| 1405266 | 2015-08-02 03:33:00 | Have just upgraded my laptop . I first did a restore of my last Acronis backup of Win8 . 1 . Took out a couple of things (sneaky downloaded search engines & so on) that had been niggling me for a while . Then ran the installer on the USB stick that I created from the "Get Windows 10 icon in the bottom tray . It looked for updates, checked everything out, then installed . Piece of cake . When finished I immediately did an Acronis backup for future use . On first looks, I like it . Now doing SWMBO's lappy . Ken :) :) :) |
