Weapons, drugs, mobile phones get into prisons. There are 4 ways that this is done, via visitors, bent staff, laundry & kitchens. I wonder where they charge their mobile phones? *Eliminate the kitchens, supply nutritional biscuits and water. *No laundry *No contact with visitors, they should be separated by bullet proof glass. *No hot water *No matches, lighters or cigarettes. I went to a boarding school where we were accommodated in old army barracks. Built of wooden weather boards, no wall linings, no ceilings, with a black tar seal roof. No hot water. Horse hair mattresses on planks. In the army we didn't even have beds, only a sleeping bag & 3 planks of wood. Usually slept on the ground. |

We do a Trade Deal with an Asian country where they look after our prisoners at their place and in return we supply them with milk products. A win win situation for all. Im sure they can look after prisoners for less than $100k Per Annum, per prisoner, so we could even make money out of them. And I recommend Singapore as a preference. :D |
