| 1413085 | 2015-12-17 21:10:00 | Somehow Ive picked up this virus .. Ive run a few programs over the comp, but theres still stuff showing when defender does its thing. Is there anything out there to fully remove it? I have searched for progs to get rid of it, but Id prefer something that you guys suggest! :) Meery Christmas and thank you! Leigh |

| 1413086 | 2015-12-17 21:54:00 | First , tell us how youve tried to remove it where does defender find it (it may be unimportant leftovers that dont matter) Make a bootable AV CD & run that install malware bytes & scan install NOD32 trial & scan (then uninstall , for now) empty system restore disable ALL other AV's when running another scanner (very important) run scans is safe mode, if needed www.anvisoft.com |

Reset all your passwords, email, online banking, website passwords (better safe than sorry) Sometimes the best bet is to wipe & reload. It all depends on just what this trojan has done . |

| 1413088 | 2015-12-17 22:42:00 | yep - have a look at this - tells you everything about that nasty pos easyviruskilling.com Spyhunter seems to be good at it's job, and you can download and scan to see exactly what it finds (may surprise you how much there is!) HOWEVER - if you wanted to use it to remove evrything, you have to pay for it unfortunately But, even to use it to see what you have to remove is probably a good idea |
