I am using Outlook 2003 on my laptop connecting to my work exchange server using RPC over HTTP. I understand that this type of connection uses SSL and is secure. Does that mean my login and password is safe when using this type of connection? I have just read about HotspotVPN in the April PC World and wonder if I should be using this while away? | Grunter (10202) | ||

As it is using SSL everything is encrypted from end-to-end so your login & password are encrypted as well. I used this while I was away overseas last year and it worked well. |
