| 535914 | 2007-03-26 05:01:00 | Hi all, Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange / Active Driectory Windows 2003 SBS Have created 3 Mailboxes in AD "altest1@", "altest2@" and "service@" service is to be a generic email address to everybody altest1 I have setup on a client computer Opened Outlook. setup new email account altest1 advanced options "open other mailbox" service (altest1 has all necessary permissions/delegations/send on behalf rights in AD) sent test mail to service from gmail account. service recieves mail fine, I can see mail in service inbox from altest1 Outlook account. If I reply to the email, I automatically get the from email as service@ (which is what I want) after sending, I get the mail in altest1 "sent items". (which is not what I want) how can I move this (or even just copy this) to the service "sent items" ? so that when altest2 and 3,4,5,6 etc logs in to their own accounts (and "open other mailbox") can see whats been happening, and do not then reply to the same email.
