| 535841 | 2007-03-26 00:25:00 | Just a quick query to all Quicksilver Internet customers. Does anyone know if they charge for an additional email address. I have tried ringing them but keep getting put on hold due to high call volumes. I have also submitted a request via their website but I am still awaiting a reply. I know they're owned by Woosh but Woosh is charging $2.40/additional mailbox. I remember that prior to Woosh acquiring QSI extra mailboxes didn't incur an extra charge. When I signed up with QSI, I was entitled to 5 different mailboxes which could have unlimited email aliases. I asked them to delete my primary mailbox some months ago and they created a new email address for me. However, I cannot create new mailboxes with this email account for some reason and they haven't gotten back to me about why this is. I don't really care bout the $2.40 but I mean if what I'm paying them per month includes extra mailboxes then I want to make use of that facility. Since Woosh has taken over... the helpdesk support has really gone to $hite! Cheers |
