| 536133 | 2007-03-29 03:18:00 | (Probably get shot down for this one but anyway...) Is it simply possible there are no more updates to get for your computer? Have you tried the manual check for updates Start > Help and Support > Check for updates. I know my two machines have not needed any updates for 2 weeks now. Yellow shield says "Downloading updates" then stops, a manual check show there are no critical updates to download. Check your update history, Start > Help and Support > Check for updates > Review update history. The last one I have is 15th March 2007. It doesnt even get to the stage where it shows you if you have any to choose from, express or custom. But the downloading yellow sheild shows in my toolbar and stays on 0% forever. Event veiwer shows the error message I posted a bit back. |
