536817 2007-03-29 11:21:00 How does one get Word to print multiple sheets of the same label without having to reenter details for each sheet?

Cheers :)

536819 2007-03-29 11:42:00 Hi Peter.
In Word 2003, click on Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels
and type label content in the dialogue box. In Word 2000, click on Tools > Envelopes and Labels.

On the Labels tab, click on Options to select the required Label Information and Product Number.

On the Label Options dialogue box confirm that the Printer Information for Laser and ink jet is selected, ensure that Avery A4 and A5 sizes is selected (NZ standard), select the appropriate Product number, confirm the Type and sizes in the Label Information area and click OK.

On return to the Envelopes and Labels dialogue box confirm that Print Full page of the same label is selected and click New Document.

The new document will appear. This is a Word document in which the label information is contained in Table Cells. The text can be modified, deleted or added to. All or part of the document can be selected for Formatting in the normal way. The function Format > Tables and Borders can be used colour the background and add borders to each label. The sheet of labels can be printed or saved for future use.
