| 537527 | 2007-04-01 23:57:00 | Hi guys This is my first post on these forums but I have been happily reading them for a while and have had some great help/tips from lots of you . Hopefully someone can help me out with my Outlook problem . Here at work we use Outlook with Word as editor and have all our messages in Rich Text format . I think this is because we like to see the attachments when we print messages (for our files) . Now management is keen to have our company logo inserted into our signatures . We don't want the logo to go as an attachment (and this is what seems to happen if I insert the logo on an rft-format message) . As I understand it, this can only be done if we send messages in html format? So my questions really are: 1 . Can we insert our company logo into an rft format message without it going as an attachment? 2 . Is there any reason we shouldn't use html format messages? 3 . Any other options we should be looking at that I haven't discussed already? Most users are currently on Outlook 2002 but moving to 2003 within the next month and then 2007 later in the year . Many thanks Susan |

| 537529 | 2007-04-02 00:30:00 | thanks drcspy - I thought I'd read that somewhere. And html messages take up more room?? Anyway, I'm keen to stick with rich text if we can get this pesky logo inserted in the signature without it going as an attachment. Cheers S |

| 537530 | 2007-04-02 00:56:00 | This (office.microsoft.com) May help. It'll put the pic in the sig, not as an attachment. This is for Outlook 2003. I just tried it, I added a pic I have, and sent it to myself. The pic was in the email I sent. With the sig I typed in. |
