| 537238 | 2007-03-31 05:56:00 | I cannot figure out how to copy a collection of photos onto a CD. It's driving me nuts! Anyone out there who can help? I'd be MOST obliged! | bjdouglas (12067) | ||

| 537240 | 2007-03-31 06:09:00 | It's not really a PS Elements task. If you are using Windows XP open the folder where the collection of photos is, for instance My documents> My photos. If you highlight the photo/file you want (hover your cursor over it until a black frame appears around the icon for the photo) and in the left hand menu it should show under picture tasks 'copy item to CD'... left click on the copy item to CD and the photo will be added to a 'folder' of items waiting to be copied to the CD. If you have a few photos in the same folder that you want to put on CD you can click 'edit' in the top menu> 'select all'> (a black box will appear around all your files in the folder) then click on 'copy to CD' in the left menu. when you have all the photos in the copy folder insert a blank CD in the drive then close the 'my documents' folder and a window with 'files ready to written...' will pop up. Click on 'write these files to CD now' and you're away. When the CD has finished copying the CD tray will open. It's always a good idea to put the CD back in and check that it works before you delete files from your computer! |
