| 537399 | 2007-04-01 10:21:00 | If everything else installs fine (games and programs u download from the net), (that need Admin access to install), it could be an issue with the game, not XP. I would send an email, to whoever made SimCity4. |

| 537403 | 2007-04-01 22:29:00 | What did u do after u booted into safe mode?? I think you right mouse on the folder / security tab (in safe mode). Then click on the advanced button. Then add, then in the bottom window, type the name (that you typed in when u installed XP), thats in XP (The name that appears at the top when u click on start). And click on check names. If its right what u typed in, it'll bring up that name. Then click on OK, OK, OK. Then try to delete the folder again. Either in safe mode, or in normal Windows. |
