537416 2007-04-01 07:32:00 I have a neat sound file of a kea calling, kea call here (htp://stuffucanuse.com/kea.mp3) and I want it to be the sound on my cell phone. I used the recording thing in the cellphone and played it through the speakers of the computer, but the sound is too low to act as a incoming call.

However in principle it came out OK.

I have a Nokia 2355 (www.nokia.co.nz) and it has a gallery to store pics and tones, but can't work out how to get it into the cell phone itself. (oh for a usb jack)

I think I can use an sms - a multimedia txt (hey I am new at this) with the sound as an attachment but that still leaves it on my computer, unless I can sms from the computer to the phone.

Any help would be gratefully recieved, it makes a unique calling tone :)

If you care to look at the original link, you would note the one "t" was missing from the "http" part.

537420 2007-04-01 09:01:00 It looks like your cellphone can only play back MIDI files, so you'll need to convert it to a MIDI first (www.google.co.nz)?* Would that even be worthwhile??

After that I'd say upload to webspace and aim your phones WAP browser at it.

* I thought zamzar.com (http://zamzar.com/) might be able to do this but it doesn't look like it.
