| 538898 | 2007-04-08 00:28:00 | I was hoping to use my hotmail account in outlook 2003 but when it come to synchronizing the inbox I get this message " Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCCF6) : 'The server responded 'Access to Hotmail via Outlook and Outlook Express now requires a subscription. Please sign up at join.msn.com " My mate got his hotmail account which is around 4 years old and his account works fine when he set it up on my pc. I got a yahoo email account and it works fine with Outlook 2003, my hotmail account is around 4 years old and I aslo have another hotmail account which is around 8 years old and both of them give this same error. I searched the forums and didnt fine much help so created a new post. Any help would be much appreciated. cheers Ron |

| 538899 | 2007-04-08 01:38:00 | There is not much we can do to help you here. You are one of the unlucky ones who have to pay to access hotmail via OE or Outlook. I think why your mate can access his hotmail fine with OE / Outlook & not you is maybe you & him are on different servers. I Hope this helps :) |

| 538901 | 2007-04-08 02:22:00 | What do you mean by different servers??? Every hotmail account is on different servers, for example I am on the "by132fd.bay132.hotmail.msn.com" server & I can access hotmail via OE fine. I Hope this helps :) |
