| 539583 | 2007-04-09 23:47:00 | Hi there, anyone know how to back up the drivers from a WIN98 installation so it can be re-installed without having to search for and download them all over again? I know this is possible but google just finds a lot of sites trying to sell me software. |

| 539585 | 2007-04-11 11:13:00 | boozet.xepher.net Has anyone tried using this? I downloaded it last night (having seen this link) and tried it but it didn't work. The prog loads but just shows a blank table with no entries. Clicking the Scan button has no effect (the screen blinks, so it is not frozen, but nothing else happens). Maybe I got a corrupted download or install but before retrying I thought I would see if anyone has used this utility successfully. Another gripe is that it the limited help info makes several references to the manual but I can't find any sign of one. More evidence of a bum download? |

I know this is possible but google just finds a lot of sites trying to sell me software. Best option is to go & download all of the drivers again especially if you want a clean install. There is no easy way to back them up with all their registry settings & .inf files etc. |

Works Ok on XP & Vista, but not 98 even though it mentions 98 in the help file, here's another one which states it works on 98 www.bestsoftware4download.com |

| 539590 | 2007-04-12 07:06:00 | just be aware that the programs don't back up all the apps that come with the drivers. its still best to download all the drivers and save them to cd. | tweak'e (69) | ||
