| 539807 | 2007-04-10 21:13:00 | I have a home network with 2 computers and a laptop. The laptop has been connected to the internet wirelessly no problem. Recently I connected to a hotel hotspot and since returning home I cannot log on. The Wireless Network Connection Status reports 'Connected' Speed 54 Mbps But the Activity says its sending but not recieving. I can log on if I use an ethernet cable and disable the wireless. Any ideas? Unfortunately I have recently moved and misplaced all my installation disks. The wireless modem is a linksys connected to a Nokia router Thanks for any help David |

| 539811 | 2007-04-10 23:40:00 | Thanks beama The laptop is not picking up the wireless connection Obtains the ip address and Subnet mask but not the Default gateway With the cable connected it works fine. What I can't figure is that the wireless network connection status says it is connected and all the diagnostics say it's fine except it won't connect! |
