| 539827 | 2007-04-10 21:59:00 | An Extensa 510 laptop is having a few problems eg it shuts down depending on whether the mouse is being used or not after 17 minutes, 39 seconds and 3 minutes on three occasions. An error message always appears, Advanced Power Management "Your computer cannot go on standby because a device driver or program won't allow it. Close all programs and then try again" When that message is closed it goes into "Suspend Mode" and shuts down. Unable to type into Word, Notepad and any box also. What could possibly be the problems? |
