540910 2007-04-14 04:38:00 We have a HP Compaqnx6120. We have been trying to activate the wireless net working option with no success. We have followed all the wizard instructions and get a message saying that the wireless software may prevent the wireless net work wizard from working. Have checked the HCL list and the card Broadcom netXtreme gigabit ethernet packet scheduler miniport appears to be supported (broadcom 802.11b/g).Have "troubleshooted" the network tasks-Repair network connection-result-windows could not finish repairing because TCP/IP is not enabled for this connection Help! what does this mean? :help: :help: :help: queeniecat (1256)
540911 2007-04-14 05:09:00 There will be an option in the software for the wireless card that will say something about letting windows manage the card. Try selecting that. ughnz (8297)
