| 542148 | 2007-04-18 14:14:00 | hi, this is my first time posting here.. ok, i'm having problems with my mp3 player.. its a creative zen neeon 1 GB www.creative.com it has been about 5 months since this happened.. i plugged in my mp3 to the computer.. it was going fine until suddenly when i tried to open the mp3 again, it says ther.. "request cannot be performed because of an I/O device error"(sumthing like that) i tried multiple times to open the file.. i even resetted the mp3 player.. the computer cant open the file, i cannot play any music , or use it in any way.. so i'm very pissed off about this problem..:badpc: :eek: :badpc: i've tried it in multiple pc's ... any idea how to solve this ? |

| 542149 | 2007-04-18 18:27:00 | Could be the file system has become corrupt, after all, most of these devices do not have an unlimited life span...check it with something like BadCopy Pro or GetData Back.. Google for some program that can format usb drives, but check also for problems/issues/errors for that player, not necessarily on Creative forums, can be sanitized... |
