| 542037 | 2007-04-18 08:42:00 | i just used the vista upgrade advisor and the only bit of hardware it had to moan about was my Turbocomm PCI ADSL Modem (IA102) does anyone know if its actually vista compatible? i have vista ultimate x64 on its way at the moment and kinda need my adsl modem i refuse to use routers ._. cant stand them NEVER :badpc: :badpc: >_< so yeah anyone know if vista can run it or not? |

However... perhaps try the drivers for their latest model PCI modems and just see if they work? But I'm with you on using one - the simplicity of dialup + the speed of adsl. :thumbs: |

But I'm with you on using one - the simplicity of dialup + the speed of adsl. :thumbs: and you dont have to piss around with port forwarding etc. much better then buggering around with a router eh i tried to find a PICE-e adsl modem but had no luck so got stuck with that adsl pci modem :( |
