| 542026 | 2007-04-18 06:09:00 | if you are on the xtra explorer plan, and you change plans to the adventure plan,do you get a new ip address? And if you do get a new ip address, could the ip address be a used ip address? If so,what is someone's ip address has been banned from a forum, then they go to another isp, what happens to that ip address? Would another person get it,and if so,then that people wouldn't be able to access the forum that the previous person got banned from with that ip address right? |

| 542029 | 2007-04-19 00:36:00 | Have you been causing trouble on forums? :D Yep ISP's use Dynamic IP addies, meaning they do change every reboot - or when the connection is lost. Which is a pain in the arse if you are trying to set up a program which needs to know your IP, and you get D/C often (Xtra). |
