543112 2007-04-22 02:01:00 I've checked Google, HP site and our own lists to no avail, and have re-installed. I continue to get the following message when I try to engage the scanning function of of my HP PSC 1610 All in One printer:

The Programme has encountered an unexpected error.; Access is denied:'LEAD Drawing'.

There is no id on the message area which is blue-banded at the top, the rest is pale blue. There is an OK button at the bottom, and a red X at top right.

I run a Dell 9100, Intel Pentium D, CPU 3.00GHz 2.99GHz, 1.0GB of RAM, HD 60GB (24.5GB free); 172GB (93.76GB free), XP Home Edition Service Pack 2, Version 2002.

Thanks, in advance, if anyone has any solving ideas!
