| 542402 | 2007-04-19 13:06:00 | As the title says, is anyone having probs with slow internet tonight? I noticed that my browsing started going real slow, so I did a couple of speedtests (speedtest.net, NZDSL) and found I was getting around 500kbit/s! Also, my pings are very high compared to what they should be as well (around 90ms to nzdsl, and I have interleaving turned off). I normally get around 2.5-3 Mbit/s from the various speed tests. Im with xnet river plan (FS/128) And Ive only used 16% of my cap, so that cant be the issue... |

| 542403 | 2007-04-19 13:13:00 | Yup very slow here too. Taking about 30 seconds to a minute to bring up web pages, if they come up at all. I'm also with Xnet on the same plan as you with no data cap. Xnet problem? |

I still have internet access, it is just VERY slow, and web pages are taking ages to load (including PF1 :( ) In fact, PF1 pages usually load faster than this on dialup... |

Went to do a test on nzdsl and it started great guns at about 3MG's a sec. Wow I thought this is going to be a record for me, then it just kept dropping off, slower and slower and slower. In fact it was taking for ages just to do the test, so eventually stopped. Most bizarre ! Misty :dogeye: |

| 542410 | 2007-04-19 22:06:00 | I rang Slingshot yesterday and the network status said that there was difficulty with NZ and Oz sites. Telecom also recently reported problems with the broadband network. Misty was up at 5 AM ! |
