542194 2007-04-19 03:05:00 What version of Works is it and what version of Windows. It could be a corrupt dll so reinstalling Works is a starting point. dolby digital (5073)

542196 2007-04-19 07:59:00 It means that the program is looking for a non-existant piece of code in the dll. I presume that version of Works is compatible with XP Home. Have you got an XP cd or do you have a restore cd :( You may have to reinstall windows. dolby digital (5073)
542197 2007-04-19 08:52:00 It looks like you might have to uninstall works and then do a clean up and reinstall it.

It seems there are a lot of people who have had your problem.

Go here (support.gateway.com) for a clean up program.

Uninstall Works
Use clean up program
Reinstall Works.

Good Luck
